Description
As a Windows Engineer you will work both within a small team and independently to engineer updates for Windows Client Operating Systems at an enterprise level.
Required Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Platforms and Service such as the following:
- Imaging Format
- Deployment Toolkit
- Configuration Manager
- Windows Server 2012 R2
- Windows Server 2016
- Windows Server 2019
- Windows 10
- Active Directory
- Experience Deploying an Operating System
- Ability to troubleshoot roadblocks
- Ability to self-motivate and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Ability to query and perform analysis in Splunk
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Education:
Candidate must have one of the following:
- 10 Years of job related experience and High School/GED diploma
- 8 Years of job related experience and Associate’s degree
- 4-7 Years of job related experience and Bachelor’s degree
- 3 Years of job related experience and Master’s degree
- 2 Years of job related experience and Doctorate
Desired Skills:
- Experience with PowerShell
- Experience with Group Policy
- Experience with Hyper-V
- Experience with DISA STIGs
- Experience with SQL Server
- Experience using Windows Server Update Services Server
Desired Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert
- Microsoft Certified IT Professional
