Description
We are seeking an experienced, Senior Full Stack Java Developer to support a customer on a long term contract. The Full Stack Developer will work within an agile development organization and should have experience building feature-rich UIs in AngularJS that are backed by REST based services written in Spring. The engineer will:
- Participate in the technical design and development of new features and products.
- Participate in code reviews and other techniques to improve code quality.
- Ensure automated builds and continuous integration are working at all times.
- Contributing to technical documentation and training material.
- Contributing to the continual improvement of the product and development processes.
- Participating in software development process following agile model.
Required Technologies:
- Angular (4 ,5, 6 or 7)
- Spring
- SQL
- Java
- JPA (JAVA Persistence API) / Spring Data JPA
Required Skills:
- Ability to interact with customer and translate their requirements to wireframes and mockups.
- Java expert, with experience and familiarity building modern Spring applications with Spring Boot.
- Experience building distributed / service oriented / microservice-style and cloud based application architectures
- Cloud development and Microservice experience needed
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Git/Github for maintaining source control on code
- Experience with Jenkins for building and deploying applications
- Experience with Java build processes using Gradle and Maven.
- Experience with ElasticSearch and or Solr
- Experience in Java and Python programming with the AWS SDK
